La Junta Directiva de la Federación Internacional del American Pit Bull Terrier, ha decidido por unanimidad, conceder a Mr. Poul Poulsen Presidente de la Institución Defense of the APBT de Estados Unidos, el reconocimiento al “MEJOR AFICIONADO INTERNACIONAL DEL AÑO 2004, EN DEFENSA DEL A.P.B.T.”, por todo el trabajo y esfuerzo realizado en defensa y buena promoción del A.P.B.T., en bastantes Países.
