To the question AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER with Pedigree ¿Yes or No? Absolutely and definitely YES and to understand the reasons why there are in nowadays some malicious swindlers (and some gossipers, ignorant, charlatans, without personality nor own criteria, with delusions of grandeur and wisdom), which discredit unfairly almost all about the American Pit Bull Terrier, for lie to the fans more and better always to their own benefit, I'll give my view looking into the matter step by step.

These elements without a minimum of ethics and education mock and discredit the Pedigrees, where the word and honor have been put by thousands of breeders of yesteryear and today; They mock and discredit the Canine Mother of the breed, the ADBA; They mock and discredit the work of a lifetime of several breeders like Maurice Carver; And they mock and discredit any other matter that would can reach unmask their real intention, which is none other thing than to deceive and try to convince the greatest possible amount of fans, to get bring them to their way like if the APBT fan being sheep, to swindle them later in one or another way.

To say, I have tried to be as neutral as I have been able preparing my view in this subject. By other way, to say clear that I do not come to this place to CONVINCE anyone, since I believe that to want to try to convince someone is not honest nor correct. I believe that to want to try convince anyone is equivalent to try to wanting to manipulate their thought, try to limit the freedom of the individual people to think and do what they wish and I believe that to do it, is not correct.

Excuse me my bad English, since I practical it very little and is hard for me to explain it to you in English.

I respect the point of view of anyone who wants to expose it and I hope that also respect the mine, and lot or a little, we all learn from each other with respect, good intentions and truth.

Due to the complexity of this subject, my view consists in Introduction and two sections, the 1 and 2.

INTRODUCTION

The breeders with head in his place and with a minimal knowledge, know abundantly that is more important to get quality of dogs that we breed that the quality that it could have in the ADBA Pedigree (paper), hence the saying that the dog does the Pedigree and not vice versa. But if a dog is bred in a real way, its breeding should be reflected with the details of breeding and recorded in a written document, and what better way than in an official document, its Official Pedigree (paper) Why not? If we are doing the right thing in the true way, What fear exists for not doing it so?

But it is also true that although these two concepts are complementary to each other (Dog and Pedigree), and also the Pedigree will be a great and necessary tool for the control and the study of the breeders with the Pit Bull of his own breeding or like any other, are concepts that have nothing to do with each other and some people for obvious reasons, want to mix to confuse the novice fan and to can swindle better.

Although the dogs is a concept and Pedigrees (papers) other different concept, It would be a strong mistake to forget the Pedigree (papers) when professionally we breed a breed dog like the American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT or Pit Bull), where fraudsters of both sides (breeders with papers and breeders without papers) take advantage to get confuse to the fans, trying to convince them and try to take them to the place that suits them, his place.

The problem that there are scammers breeders with or without pedigree (with or without papers), it not mean that will be fault of the breed in self nor mean that it will be the fault of the Canine Mother of the breed, the ADBA, rather it is the fault of those that are doing the disgusting practice of counterfeiting or lying. Also not only occur with the breed dog American Pit Bull Terrier. This is a problem that occurs with any other breed of Dogs, Cats, Horses, Roosters, Cows, etc. and in none way means that be have to justify the discredit of the Official Pedigree of each one of the pure breeds existing, because some people are irresponsible and malicious, Right? Let's be sensible, coherent and with a little common sense please.

What happens is that some of the “breeders” that have no pedigree or papers in his dogs, they want to DISCREDIT the Pedigree how either to sell better their dogs and not because they want to defend the interests or conserve the breed like many of them claim. They are scammers and a very clever and subtle way they do much damage to the breed. What is very clear, is that all breeds dogs for considered Official and Legally like pure breed dogs, the individuals belonging to each one of it must prove its Pedigrees of the Mother Canine which they belong, which supports Zootechnical Rigor, Official and Legally its purity of breed. Otherwise, those breeders who breed their animals without Pedigree, although them affirm their racial purity and in some cases probably will be true, in terms Breeding, Official and Legal will be not validate, since in these Breeding, Official and Legal terms although their animals are so pure, will be considered it like mixed breed or not purebred, by not credit its Official Pedigree where is credited in all possible ways like racial purity or pure breed.

What has always more valued the ADBA with the APBT in its breeding selection, with the support the most respected professional breeders - dogmen, has been the good character, functionality, the attitude, heart or balanced behavior and positive in every way, not keeping in mind at all the beauty of the esthetics of the dogs of this breed like yes is done it in the majority of others breed dogs since many time ago. Consequently to this last and in the course of time, gave place that this breed dog, the American Pit Bull Terrier, follow conserving the originals values for which was created and this is the great difference that exists nowadays among the APBT and the other breed dogs. Another thing very different to the Pedigree or papers, is Who is better?, if the APBT that have or not have pedigree. Common sense tells me that this is not relevant for the answer, since both APBT with pedigree or APBT without pedigree provided they are purebred, in principle will be to the 50% chance to be better, because they are different concepts like I told in the beginning, but if we have our dogs with the Official Pedigree, we help among all to conserve and vindicate the purity of the breed dog American Pit Bull Terrier in Legal and official way that makes much needed, in order to be properly defended against the many different enemies that has and are constantly lurking anywhere in the world.

When you feel inside of your veins truely the American Pit Bull Terrier, you feel love, you feel passion, you feel something indescribable by the breed for various reasons. The reason that one could want an doggie of this breed dog in his life is not important, as long as you do not mistreat it and yes be offered it the adequate life with all their needs, cares and much love. It is also true that the ADBA within of its registry, some malicious people have cast some mixed dogs and Bullies like Pit Bull pure, but this is something that currently own the ADBA is researching and studying, to override the pedigree of those dogs that get find and certainly are not American Pit Bull Terrier purebred.

This ADBA attitude in my point of view, it is humbling to recognize such error and is also commendable to rectify the mistakes, despite stop receiving money to perform various applications, they would have received if they had not rectified the errors. This attitude on the part of those who run the ADBA, in my opinion it is aimed to a great conservation and welfare of purebred and their fans. I think that any fan that feel real love for the pure breed dog American Pit Bull Terrier, they should feel happy and grateful to the ADBA for the enormous and laborious work done by our dogs since the year 1909. SECTION 2º - I think that is easy and very coward throw rocks toward to the honor and the work of a lifetime of the people, especially when they can not longer to defence himself for to be dead.

In nowadays, some malicious swindlers (and some gossipers, ignorant, charlatans, without personality nor own criteria, with delusions of grandeur and wisdom), which discredit unfairly excellent APBT genetic (APBT bloodlines) that currently exist, for the simple fact that come from Carver and dogs from other breeders. The reason for many of these injuries is to get now to sell better the dogs of the people who injure, among other interests. Usually, the dogs of these individuals come from other different genetic that them injuries, because considering them a strong competition for them, or simply because them are not unaware where come their dogs, without even knowing if it are purebred or not, but that gives them just, so long to get his objective, swindle and have a deplorable attitude.

I'm not saying that Carver was a saint, no, but if in nowadays we take for valid what say some gossipers without evidences, that Maurice Carver falsified pedigrees, then F. Boudreaux, R. Morales, Womack, Mountain man, Dany Burton, Weldon Stockton, Dwight Stubbs, Ronnie Hyde, Don Maloney, Eddie Klaus, James Crenshaw, David Koehlers, Enrique Morfin, Jim Twardowski (R Gang 's), Gary Hammonds, William Lacefield, Pat Patrick, Sorrells, Don Mayfield, Greenwood, O. Stevens, Mc. Cool, and many other honest and reputable breeders – dogmen of the time, which many of their dogs come from dogs Carver, and then and in the same and unjust rule of three that anybody has been exposing here and others places against Carver, also we must assume that all these dogmen named are equally counterfeiters and fraudsters, because his dogs descended from Carver dogs, and if here and now there are people who claim that Carver was a liar for falsified pedigrees, these honest breeders – dogmen that I mentioned also would knew it, and them should know it better, with more certainty and reliability that those that are saying injuries against Carver here and now in 2014, Right? Let´s be serious, gentlemen!!!

If the breeders – dogmen that I mentioned before and others many more, to put his word and honor in his Pedigrees (papers) like had been performing throughout life, giving faith like TRUTH the Pedigrees ADBA of their dogs, is another more way to show that the Carver dogs that appeared like ancestors of their dogs in the Pedigree (papers), was certainly TRUTH the way they were bred and not lie like say some gossipers.

Boudreaux attested that Carver was an honest breeder, because by using in his own breeding R. Morales and F. d) Even I also put into question my honesty, by the unjust rule of three that some gossipers with bad intention have exposed lightly in public places, because I use some 100% Carver dogs in much of my breeding Villa Liberty kennels, for example VILLA LIBERTY'S "TUDOR DIBO".

For the part that touches me and although I said that in my opinion Maurice Carver was not a saint, I have no evidences that justify that Maurice Carver falsified Pedigrees. If I had any proof about it, of course I would not have decided to breed and select Carver dogs since 30 years ago. By contrast, over time yes I've had enough evidences that there have been and there are some gossips with bad intention, a pity especially for them...

Personally I have never believed in the gossipers, nor in the gossipers that repeat like parrots with bad intention about what they heard saying by others gossipers with misconduct for personal gain and so on. About the breeders - dogmen already mentioned, yes I do believe in their work of a lifetime dedicated to the American Pit Bull Terrier and especially I believe in his excellent dogs, both ascending scale as the descendant of their Official Pedigrees (papers), because if they Registered all their Pit Bull with its ADBA Official pedigree, would be by a some important reason, Right? Unfortunately, sometimes the worst enemy of the breed are not the people anti Pit Bull, PETA, the mass media, politicians, the fci, the akc, or BSL, no, sometimes the worst enemy of the breed are some of his own "fans", which are not really fans of the breed, they are fans of the easy money, to the deceit, to the not correct, to the misconduct and fraud.

"Ollie” was at that time 12 years, he was a great reproducer. "Ollie” was the father of very good dogs such as Nowell's “Lil Independent”, (Stubbs) "Mrs. Heinzl”, etc. "Ollie" was still alive at that time, was one of the best American Pit Bull Terrier bred by the Reverend Howard Heinzl. Mr. Stubbs, kept the dogs and the genetics of his good friend the Reverend when he died in 1989 of stomach cancer. Mr. Stubbs also enjoyed much breeding descendants of Carver's (Davis) “Midnight Cowboy”, from Boudreaux' “Maverick”." Mr. Stubbs, a great dogmen and exceptional people, all a gentleman. It makes no sense to have an attitude always on the defensive, for a wrong that alleged to have not committed, Right? Unless, that yes has committed or will be want to committing something bad and then, all this yes have a logical reason that attitude, of being defensive for to lie more and better.

In Spain there is a saying, "The thief thinks everyone is like him." I believe that honesty and truth exist today more than ever in many people and in many breeders, and for much effort and many times that put some people to saying otherwise, it will not mean that they are right. I believe that everyone creates and runs their own destiny, based on their attitude and on the DECISIONS that is taking every day in their life. You decide!!!

I hope and I wish that no one will take the hint by my words with this work, because my intention was not to offend or upset anyone in particular, I just tried to contribute positively and humbly with my review from the heart and with good intentions, for the fans and especially for our dogs.
